The apartments in the Il Mare Estoril building have been remodeled to the highest standards of quality. It couldn't be any different: only the finest finishes were chosen to serve as the foundation for the decoration of these units. This ensures the sophistication and comfort that future residents deserve.
Vila Franca de Xira
Its renovation has brought new life to the place, harmoniously combining modernity and tradition, without losing sight of the history and cultural significance of the Municipal Market. This renovated building not only complements but also enriches the vibrant and historic atmosphere of this central point in Vila Franca de Xira.
Barroca Bairro Alto
Rua da Barroca is one of the first streets to be opened up, in the 16th century, in the old estate of the Andrades (known as Vila Nova de Andrade), which, due to the establishment of the São Roque friars in the area, will adopt the name Bairro Alto de São Roque. The completely renovated building is a testament to the harmony between architectural tradition and urban modernity.
Machadinho Santos-o-Velho
Formerly, the street was called Rua do Arcipreste, but in the late 18th century, people began to call it Rua do Machadinho, because the Machadinho's Palace was located there. This designation corresponds to the diminutive of José Machado Pinto, a nobleman and Knight of the Royal Household who ordered the construction or restoration of the aforementioned Palace on that street and who died there on April 22, 1771. Our greatest commitment in this project is to preserve every historical detail and transform the building according to the best and most current solutions for contemporary life.
